Minutes of Exim Facilitation Committee (EFC) meeting No. 01/AM24 dated 20.04.2023 for Import of Restricted Items Meeting No. 01/AM24 of Exim Facilitation Committee (EFC) was held on 20.04.2023 at 3.00 PM in Room No.13, Vanijya Bhawan, New Delhi under the chairmanship of Shri Hardeep Singh, Additional Director General of Foreign Trade to consider the applications for import of restricted items. 2. The following members attended the meeting: (i) Shri Jai Pal, Joint DGFT, DGFT (ii) Shri Md. MoinAfaque, Dy. DGFT, DGFT (iii) Shri Santanu Dhar, Under Secretary, Mb P&NG (iv) Shri Gaurav Kumar, DIC, DRDO (v) Shri PrasenjeetNavgire, Technical Expert (CITES), Wildlife Division, MoEF&CC (vi) Shri O.P. Sharma, Consultant (Technical), D/o C&PC (vii) Shri S.K. Jam, Consultant, DPIIT (viii) Shri Rakesh Yadav,Engineer, DoT (ix) Shri V.K. Sharma, DD, DAHD 3. Total number of cases considered in the meeting was 357. The committee decided that as in the past, all NOC/documents received/conveyed by the concerned committee members will be incorporated in the minutes as and when uploaded. Accordingly, 102 cases have been approved, 04 cases have been rejected, 13 cases have been closed and 238 cases have been deferred.
