Meeting No. 10/AM22 of Exim Facilitation Committee (EFC) was held on 15.02.2022 at 3.00 PM in Room No.9, H-Wing, Udyog Bhawan, New Delhi
through Video Conferencing under the chairmanship of Shri Hardeep Singh, Additional Director General of Foreign Trade to consider the applications for
import of restricted items.

Total number of cases considered in the meeting was 273. The committee decided that as in the past, all NOC/documents received/conveyed by the
concerned committee members will be incorporated in the minutes as and when uploaded. Accordingly, 44 cases have been approved, 16 cases have been
rejected, 20 cases have been closed and 193 cases have been deferred. Where two or more technical authorities have recommended different quantities, the
lower quantity has been approved by the Committee. The case at 51. No.
