Total number of cases considered in the meeting was 336. The committee decided that as in the past, all NOC/documents received/conveyed by the concerned committee members will be incorporated in the minutes as and when uploaded. Accordingly, 69 cases have been approved, 56 cases have been rejected, 03 cases have been closed and 208 cases have been deferred. Where two or more technical authorities have recommended different quantities, the lower quantity has been approved by the Committee. The case at Si. No. 169 will be submitted for approval of the Director General of Foreign Trade under
Para 2.20 of Foreign Trade Policy 2015-2020.
