. • Minutes of Exim Facilitation Committee (EFC) meeting No. 03/AM22 dated 29.07.2021 for Import of Restricted Items Meeting No. 03/AM22 of Exim Facilitation Committee (EFC) was held on 29.07.2021 at 3.00 PM in Room No.9, H-Wing, Udyog Bhawan, New Delhi through Video Conferencing under the chairmanship of Shri Hardeep Singh, Additional Director General of Foreign Trade to consider the applications for import of restricted items. 2. Total number of cases considered in the meeting was 344.

The committee decided that as in the past, all NOC/documents received/conveyed by the concerned committee members will be incorporated in the minutes as and when uploaded. Accordingly, 68 cases have been approved, 13 cases have been rejected, 11 cases have been closed and 252 cases have been deferred. Where two or more technical authorities have recommended different quantities, the lower quantity has been approved by the Committee. The cases at Sl. Nos. 136, 142, 143, 144, 145, 147, 148, 150, 151 and 152 will be submitted for approval of the Director General of Foreign Trade under Para 2.20 of Foreign Trade Policy 2015- 2020. 4.
