MINUTES OF EFC NO. 03 of AM13 DATED 21.6.2012   Meeting No. 03 of AM13 of EXIM Facilitation Committee (EFC) was held on 21.6.2012 in Room No. 04, Udyog Bhawan, New Delhi,  under the Chairmanship of Shri D.K.
