Sub: Pending Drawback and IGST refund claims due to EGM related Errors-reg.

Attention to Exporters

1. It has been noticed that there are pending drawback claims/IGST refundgin Mundra Custom House because of EGM related errors. The list of exporters whose DBK/IGST claims are pending because of EGM related issue has been uploaded in Mundra Customs House website http://mundracustoms gov.in/.

2. Three lists have been uploaded in the website; (i) refund.List of Shipping bills filed at Mundra Customs House which are pending for IGST (ii) List of Shipping bills filed at different ICDs and Mundra port has been the (iii) Gateway port which are pending for IGST claims. claims.List of Shipping bills filed at Mundra Customs House which are pending for DBK

3. All the concerned Exporters who have filed shipping bill at Mundra Custom House or used Mundra port as Gateway port whose DBK/IGST claims are pending because of EGM related errors are advised to send following duly attested documents-:(i) Legible Scanned copy of (ii) Shipping bill Legible Scanned copy of Master bill of lading given by shipping line/agents. It is to be mentioned that only Master Bill of Lading has to be sent & not the House bill of lading/freight cargo receipt issued by freight forwarders.

• 4. All the Exporters & Custom Brokers are requested to take note for suitable compliance SO that pending DBK/IGST Claims can be disposed off at the earliest.
