MINUTES OF THE MEETING NO. 03 (2018-19) OF EXPORT FACILITATION ~OMMITTEE (EFe) HELD ON 19.06.2018 AT 5.00 P.M. AT UDYOG BHAWAN, NEW DELHI UNDER THE CHAIRMANSHIP OF SHRI NIKUNJ KUMAR SRIVASTAVA, ADDITIONAL DIRECTOR GENERAL OF FOREIGNTRADE, DGFT. Meeting No. 03 (2018-19) of EXIM Facilitation Committee (EFC) was held under the chairmanship of Shri Nikunj Kumar Srivastava, Add!. DGFT on 19.06.2018 at 5.00 P.M. in Room No. 11, H-Wing, Udyog Bhavan, New Delhi to consider the applications for export of 'restricted' items. 2. The following members attended the meeting:- (i) Shri D.K. Srivastava, Asstt. It was noted that OGFT grants export authorisation for export of fertilizers items based on the NOC /recommendation of the OoF that 'no subsidy is claimed/ available to the applicant firm for the intended exports'.
