MINUTES OF THE MEETING NO. 6 (2016-17) OF EXPORT FACILITATION COMMITTEE (EFC) HELD ON 23.09.2016 AT 03.00 PM AT UDYOG BHAWAN, NEW DELHI UNDER THE CHAIRMANSHIP OF SHRI J.V. PATIL, ADDITIONAL

Meeting No. 6 of AM-17 of EXIM Facilitation Committee (EFC) was held on 23.09.2016 at 03.00 p.m. in Room No. 11, H-Wing, Udyog Bhavan, New Delhi under the chairmanship of
Shri J.V. Patil, Additional Director General of Foreign Trade to consider the applications for export of ‘restricted’ items under Schedule 2 of ITC(HS) Classification of Export and Import Items 2012 as amended time to time. 2. The following members attended the Meeting:- (i) Shri Anand Krishna, DIG, Forests (SU Division), MOEF&CC (ii) Shri Kamal Datta, Joint Director, Wild Life Crime Control Bureau, MOEF&CC

Chairman, EFC expressed his concern on non receipt of NOC/ comments / updated position from concerned administrative Ministry / Department, especially from Ministry of Mines, Department of Animal Husbandry Dairying and Fisheries, Department of Fertilizers and Department of Agriculture Cooperation and Farmers Welfare, despite repeated communications. In the absence of their representatives and non-availability of updated status of cases, the objective of holding the EFC meeting is defeated.
