MINUTES OF THE MEETING NO. 9/AM’09­10 OF EXPORT FACILITATION COMMITTEE (EFC)HELD ON 22.12.09 AT UDYOG BHAWAN, NEW DELHI UNDER THE CHAIRMANSHIP OF SHRI V.K. SRIVASTAVA, ADDL. DGFT.   1.     The following were present :­   (i)                Shri V.K. Srivastava, Addl. DG                ­ Chairman (ii)              Shri A.M. Singh, DIG(SU)                       ­ Member, MoEF (iii)            Shri S.S. Verma, S.O.                             ­ Rep of D/o Fertilizers (iv)            Shri Ganesh Singh,                                ­Rep.  of M/o Agri & Co­op/ Seeds Division   In attendance:­   (i)             Sh. Hardeep Singh, Jt. DGFT (ii)               Shri Rajiva Kumar, Dy. DGFT                              2.     After deliberations the following decisions were taken:­   2.1 The following 10  cases  were approved:­   (i)    S.Nos.  11, 26, 28, 29, 30(upto 31.12.09), 32, 33, 36 & 37 of agenda. (ii)  S. Nos. 34 of agenda was approved subject to condition in NOC .    2.2 The following 05  cases  were rejected­   (i)    S.Nos.  1, 2, 14 & 21 of agenda were rejected as the Technical authorities have not agreed for the same. (ii)  S. No. 9 of the agenda was rejected as the letters sent to the firm were returned un­delivered with the postal remarks that firm was not available at that address (as mentioned in the application).   2.3 In cases  at S.No. 3, reminder to be issued to the exporters to apply to the EXIM Committee of Deptt. of  Agri & Co­op in the prescribed format (case was deferred)   2.3             In cases at S.Nos. 4 & 15 letters to be written to NBA for their comments.(cases deferred)   2.4                          All  other  cases  in  the  agenda  were  deferred    as  comments  not  received  from  concerned  Ministries/Departments/ Organisations.
