MINUTES OF THE MEETING NO. 6/AM’09­10 OF EXPORT FACILITATION COMMITTEE (EFC)HELD ON 25.09.09 AT UDYOG BHAWAN, NEW DELHI UNDER THE CHAIRMANSHIP OF SHRI V.K. SRIVASTAVA, ADDL. DGFT.   1.     The following were present :­   (i)                Shri V.K. Srivastava, Addl. DG               ­ Chairman (ii)              Dr. I.S. Hura, Technical Officer              ­Rep.  of DGHS   In attendance:­   (i)             Sh. Hardeep Singh, Jt. DGFT (ii)           Sh. Rajiva Kumar, Dy. DGFT                                                          2.     After deliberations the following decisions were taken:­   2.1 The following 07  cases  were approved:­   (i)    S.No  16, 18, 36, 38, 39, 44 & 45 of agenda   2.2 The following 07  cases were rejected:­   (i)    The case at Sl.Nos 5 of agenda  were rejected as Technical Authorities has rejected the same.   (ii)  The cases at Sl.Nos 6, 7, 11, 13 and 14  of agenda  were rejected as the firms have not furnished the reply to the queries despite reminders.   (iii)            The case at Sl.Nos 37  of agenda for 1st re­validation of licence was rejected as justification given by the firm for not exporting the item for 1 year was not found satisfactory.   2.3             All other cases in the agenda were deferred except mentioned at para 2.1 & 2.2 above.
