MINUTES OF THE MEETING NO. 4/AM’09­10 OF EXPORT FACILITATION COMMITTEE (EFC)HELD ON 30.07.09 AT UDYOG BHAWAN, NEW DELHI UNDER THE CHAIRMANSHIP OF SHRI V.K. SRIVASTAVA, ADDL. DGFT.   1.     The following were present :­             (i)      Shri V.K. Srivastava, Addl. DG               ­ Chairman (ii)              Shri Varinder Gupta, US                        ­Rep.  of D/o Fertilizers (iii)            Shri Ganesh Singh, Consultant (Seeds)   ­Rep. of M/o Agri. & Co­op., (iv)            Shri R.Srinivas, Co­ordinator                 ­Rep. of M/o Env. & Forest/Ozone Cell (v)              Ms. Anita Narang, S.O.                         ­Rep. of D/o Animal Husbandry, Dairying and Fisheries   In attendance:­   (i)             Sh. Hardeep Singh, Jt. DGFT (ii)           Sh. Rajiva Kumar, Dy. DGFT                                                        2.     After deliberations the following decisions were taken:­   2.1 The  Chairman directed that a meeting may be held next week with the representative of MOEF/FPD Division to discuss various issues regarding export of Sandalwood Chips etc.   2.2 The following  04 cases  were approved:­   (i)    S.No 41 & 46 of agenda (ii)  S. Nos. 26 of agenda for 100 Nos. Murrah FS doses & 100 Nos. Jersey FS doses as recommended by DAHD&F. (iii)            S. No. 48  of agenda  (ex­post facto approval case)   2.3 The cases at S. No.s 23,28 and 43 were rejected as Technical Authorities have not agreed for the same.   2.4 In cases of  cases at S.Nos. 20,22,33  & 34, it was decided that  firm may be asked to submit their reply within 15 days or else

rejected as Technical Authorities have not agreed for the same.   2.4 In cases of  cases at S.Nos. 20,22,33  & 34, it was decided that  firm may be asked to submit their reply within 15 days or else their cases will be closed.   2.5 In case of S.Nos. 15 & 25  of the agenda,  it was decided that final reminder may be sent to the firm to furnish the information.   2.6 In case of S. Nos. 47 of the agenda, it was decided that the firm may be asked to approach Exim Committee of DAC for getting fresh permission.   2.7 In the following cases, in order to expedite the comments of Technical Authorities, the following decisions were taken:
