Meeting of EFC No.11/AM08 of Export Facilitation Committee (EFC), (Import) held on 24.01.2008 under the Chairmanship of Shri V.K. Srivastav, Additional Director General of Foreign Trade.
The list of officers present is at Annexure – I.
138 cases were considered and following decisions were taken.
(i)

(ii)
1 case was rejected (Annexure – III).
(iii)
7 cases were free items (Annexure – IV).
(iv)
2 cases were considered to be examined on file (Annexure – V).
