MINUTES OF EFC NO. 5/08 DATED 19.7.07 5th meeting of Export Facilitation Committee (EFC) was held under Chairmanship of Dr. Shyam Agarwal, Additional DGFT. 2. The list of officials present is annexed. (Annexure 1). 3. Following decisions were taken by EFC, 3.1 Technical Authorities shall expedite their comments with respect to all long pending applications. Next meeting shall finalize decision on all cases up to March 2007. 3.2 Deferred cases of EFC 4 shall be considered in next meeting. 3.3 Pertaining to cases examined, the following decisions were taken: (i) 9 cases for restricted import items were approved. (Annexure 2). (ii) 24 cases for restricted item import were deferred for next meeting (Annexure 3). 4. Meeting ended with thanks to all participants. ANNEXURE 1 PARTICIPANTS 1.
