Pravin Chandra, Joint Development Commissioner. Agenda Item No. 01:- Application for Broad Banding with Revised Projection - M/ s. RT Star Jewellery Pvt. Ltd. Decision :- After deliberation, the Committee deferred the proposal of the unit for broad banding of items viz. "Brass Jewellery & Man Made Diamonds Studded Jewellery''. The Committee also directed :- a) It was discussed in the meeting that there is various apprehensions from the Industry with regard to the man made diamonds. Hence, Specified Officer may examine the proposal of the unit for Broad Banding as it involves Brass Jewellery of non precious metal & Man Made Diamonds and submit the report in the next meeting. b) The proposal for Revised Projection for further period of 5 years i.e. 2018- 19 to 2022-23 w.e.f. 01.04.2018 to 31.03.2023 is approved in terms of Rule 19(6) of SEZ Rules, 2006 excluding the Broad Banding of items. Agenda Item No. 02:- Application received for Monitoring of Performance - M/ s. Western Outdoor Interactive Pvt. Ltd., Unit No. 201 Decision :- After deliberation, the Committee has noted the performance of the unit for the block period 2013-14 to 2016-1 7, that the unit has achieved Positive NFE on cumulative basis in terms of Rule 54 of SEZ Rules, 2006.

'-. 2 Agenda Item No. 03 :- Application received for Monitoring of Performance- M/ s. Western Outdoor Interactive Pvt. Ltd., Unit No. 201 Decision :- After deliberation, the Committee has noted the performance of the unit for the block period 2013-14 to 2016-1 7, that the unit has achieved Positive NFE on cumulative basis in terms of Rule 54 of SEZ Rules, 2006. Agenda Item No. 04 :- Application received for Monitoring of Performance- M/s. MK Decision :-After deliberation, the Committee has noted the performance of unit for the period 2013-14 to 20161-17, that the unit has achieved Positive NFE on cumulative basis in terms of Rule 54 of SEZ Rules, 2006. Agenda Item No. 05:- Application received for Monitoring of Performance- M/ s. Suashish Diamonds Ltd. Decision :-After deliberation, the Committee has noted the performance of the unit for the block period 2013-14 to 2016-1 7, that the unit has achieved Positive NFE on cumulative basis in terms of Rule 54 of SEZ Rules, 2006. The Committee also directed the unit to file revised APR with corrected figures within 30 days. Agenda Item No. 06 Cancellation of Letter of Approval issued to Gems & Jewellery Units in SDF- VIII Decision :- After deliberation, the Committee, consequent upon cancellation of provisional allotment granted to the Gems & Jewellery Units in SDF VIII as directed by the Ministry in its letter dated 21.03.2018, recommended for cancellation of Letters of Approval issued to the applicants on 12.07.2017 and 14.07.2017 by the Approval Committee in its meeting held on 11.07.2017 in terms of Rule 18 (2) (ii) of SEZ Rules 2006.
