Subject: - SPECIAL DRIVE FORTHNIGHT TO RECTIFY THE ERRORS RELATING TO IGST REFUNDS ON EXPORTS- REG.

Attention of all Importers, Exporters, Customs Brokers, Members of the Trade and Industry and other stakeholders is invited towards Press Note dated 30.05.2018 released by the Chief Commissioner, Customs, Gujarat Zone with reference to Special Drive to rectify the Errors relating to IGST refunds on Exports during the fortnight 31.05.2018 to 14.06.2018.

The CBIC and Custom Department had launched a special drive "IGST/ITC Export Refunds Fortnight" from 15th March to 31st March, 2018 regarding the rectification of error codes i.e. SBOOS (Mismatch of Invoice) and SB006 (EGM not filed/ EGM filed with errors) through officer interface. During the special drive, a huge amount of IGST was sanctioned as refund to the exporters.

Looking to the grand success of the said "Special Drive Fortnight", the CBIC, New Delhi, has devised some more mechanisms to rectify the errors relating to IGST refunds which are stuck up. Therefore, the Board has decided to launch one more Special Drive "IGST/ITC Export Refunds Fortnight" from 31st May to 14th June, 2018, for the export community for rectification of various errors through officer interface for sanction of IGST refunds stuck up on account of errors as follows:

1. Rectification of Error code SBOOS -Invoice mismatch for the Shipping Bills.

2. EGM not filed or filed with errors at ICDs/Gateway ports. 3. Export made on payment of IGST but erroneously declared without payment of IGST/LUT.

3. Erroneously declared a different GSTIN in the Shipping Bill - SBOOS.

In order to dispose-off the IGST refund, that has been stuck up due to above errors, the Custom House, Mundra, will conduct a "SPECIAL DRIVE FORTNIGHT" from 31th May to 14th June, 2018 (Including Saturday & Sunday).

All the Exporters/Trade Associations are requested to take the advantage of "SPECIAL DRIVE FORTNIGHT" for rectification of errors through Officer Interface relating to IGST refund on export and make it grand success once again. , (G.P.Meena),sist i2 Additional Commissioner, Custom House, Mundra.
