In continuation of this office Circular No. 21/2024, it has been observed that the agendas for the Approval Committee Meeting and the Authority Meeting are being shared with Members only one day prior to the meeting. This affects the smooth functioning and effective deliberation during the meetings. has In order to ensure timely circulation of agendas and smooth conduct of meetings, it been decided that the following schedule shall be followed:

  1. The Approval Committee Meeting shall be tentatively held on the 25th of every month at 11:30 AM, or any other date as decided by O/o. Development Commissioner, SEEPZ.

  2. The last date for submission of proposals for the Approval Committee Meeting shall be the acceptance of agenda from Trade/Stakeholders on or before the 15 days from the date of meeting.
