    tडटे|ड SOP के साथ tदनांक 05.12.2018 के प ~लक नोtटस नंबर 51/2018 के अनुसार, सी ज़ इकाइयाँ मैनुअल चालान के ज़€रए लागू यूट( का पेमhट कर रह( हm। हालाँtक, SEZ िनयम, 2006 के िनयम 48(1) के अनुसार, बल ऑफ़ एं„( DTA खर(ददार क ओर से इकाई gारा या खुद DTA खर(ददार gारा फाइल tकया जाना चाtहए। अब से, प ~लक नोtटस नंबर 51/2018 मh इस एडhडम के जार( होने क तार(ख से, मैनुअल चालान iवीकार नह(ं tकया जाएगा और SEEPZ-SEZ यूिनट/DTA खर(ददार मh से कोई भी SEZ †|स, 2006 के †ल 48(1) के अनुसार बल ऑफ़ एं„( फाइल करेगा। प ~लक नोtटस नंबर 51/2018, 05.12.2018 के बाक rtjयाओं मh कोई बदलाव नह(ं होगा।

  As per Public Notice No. 51/2018 dated 05.12.2018 following with the detailed SOP, units are paying applicable duties through manual challan.
