Sub.:- Compulsory presence of all officers/officials and outsourced staff on 15" August, 2025 — reg.

It is hereby informed that Independence Day, 15"" August, 2025 (Friday), will be observed in this office with a flag-hoisting ceremony and related programme.

Presence of all Officers/Officials and all Outsourced Staff is compulsory on 15.08.2025. The day shall be treated as a working day for attendance purposes.

Reporting time shall be 08:30 hrs at the premises. Minute to minute programme details will be circulated on internal groups separately. All personnel must be in formal attire.

No leave/exemption shall be granted except in cases of exigency, with prior written approval of the competent authority.

Attendee guidelines are enclosed at Annexure-I and shall be strictly followed by all attendees.

Annexure-I: Attendee Guidelines for Independence Day Function (15.08.2025)

1. Report by 08:30 hrs at the premises.

2. Dress code: formal/office wear.

3. Maintain decorum at the venue; mobiles on silent.

4. During Flag hoisting and National Anthem: face the Flag and stand at attention; those in uniform render the appropriate salute.

5. Flag etiquette on premises: do not use the National Flag as bunting/decoration or drape it on podiums/railings; ensure correct orientation and position of honour at all displays; do not display damaged or dishevelled flags.

6. Materials: polyester and machine-made flags are permitted. Plastic flags are not permitted. Arrange respectful handling and disposal of flags after the event as per the Flag Code/MHA advisories.

7. Maintain orderly entry/exit.
