the Attention of al] Importers, Exporters, Custom Brokers, Members of Trade and all other concerned is invited to Public Notice No. 39/2017-18 dated 31.01.2018 issued by Custom House Mundra, wherein a facility to upload digitally signed Supporting documents concerning bills of entry, was introduced at Custom House Mundra on a pilot basis through e- SANCHIT. All the Importers / Exporters / Customs Brokers, at Mundra Custom House were also encouraged to use this facility on voluntary basis and gain experience for their clearances.

2. It has now been decided to implement this facility on mandatory 01.03.2018.basis for bills of entry pertaining to Appraising Group VI wiee.f. 3. The Importers / Customs Brokers are also informed that the bills of entry pertaining to other Apprising Groups may also be filed by using e - SANCHIT facility, on voluntary basis as the use of e — SANCHIT will enhance the speedy clearance in import. 4. Further, some types of Supporting documents are required to be presented in hardcopy on any query raised by the assessment Group. It may, however, be noted that henceforth all Supporting documents shall
