  of items covered under CTH 2843 and specific items covered under chapter 71 of ITC (HS) 2022 of Schedule-I (Import Policy) and Tlie Import Policy of items covered under CTH 2843 and Palladium/ Rlioditun/ Iridium consisting gold more than 1% lias l'ieen revised from "Free" to "Restricted". However, the above items covered under CTH 2843 and specific items covered under cliaper 71 can lie imported by SEZ unit for autliorized Operation. However, the following items are sensitive items due to presence of significant amounts of gold: Table - I ITC (HS) code Item Description 28431010 Colloidal precious metal of gold 28433000 Gold compounds 71102100, 71102900 Palladium consist_ing gold more than 1% by weight 71103100, 71103900 Rhodicim consisting gold more than 1% by weight 71104100, 71104900 Iridium, Osmiurn, rutl'ienium consisting gold more than 1% by weight Tlierefore, it lias been decided that tlie items mentioned in Table - I above will be allowed for import only for use within SEEPZ-SEZ. Zone to Zone transfer of tliese items shall not be allowed except in specific and exceptional cases after consideration by the UAC.
