Rate: A minimum administrative charge of 3% of Transaction cost/valuation shall be applicable. 2 . Transaction Cost/Valuation: The transaction cost/valuation of ASSETS will be based on the transaction value mentioned in the agreement, MOU, or any other legal instrument executed between the

parties. (Whichever is higher) 3. Payment Conditions: The charges must be paid by the incoming entrepreneur before the execution of the sublease agreement. 4. Mode of Payment: Payment shall be made through Rise ERP Module. Effective
