   circular/notice

is to inform
the residents once again that the A-type and B- type

buildings

located

at
SEEPZ

Staff Residential

Quarters,

Andheri

(E), are
in
a dilapidated

condition

and
must

be vacated immediately. It has also been observed that the structural elements of the buildings are in a distressed condition, and the load-bearing capacity has deteriorated. As a result, the structure is no longer safe for habitation. In view

of the
above,

all
residents

are
once again

warned

to
vacate

the

premises

by 31.05.2025.

If the
property

is not
vacated, the risk associated with occupancy, life, and safety will not be the responsibility of SEEPZ Authority

and

will

become

the

sole responsibility of
the individuals occupying the premises voluntarily. This

issues

with

the
approval

of
