is invited the proposal 4or levy of charges related to applications received for transfer of assets

and liabilities under Rule 74A of SEZ Rules 2006 was placed
in 70fh Authority Meeting held on 07.10.2024. Authority decided

that,
in terms of Rule 18 2(ii)
of the
SEZ Rules

approval under Rule 74A need to provide NC!)C from Authority (Developer). Also units obtaining

DRJI etc. also need to obtain NOC frlm Authority(Developer). It
