Installation of Specified Devices for Strengthening Security and Facilitating Bus Service in SEEPZ - SEZ

Dear SEEPZ Units and Bus Contractors,

In an effort to strengthen security measures and improve the overall bus service in SEEPZ — SEZ, all bus contractors providing transportation services in the zone are hereby directed to install the Face Recognition Device in their respective buses. (Suggested devices are attached as Annexure ‘A’, however, Stakeholders are free to install said devices as per their choice & convenience with following specifications).

Device Hardware Specifications:

• e Connectivity: 4G/5G Enabled with SIM. e Face Storage Capacity: Minimum 50000 (Fifty Thousand).

• e Transaction Capacity: Minimum 150000 (One Lakh Fifty Thousand). e Face Validation Time: Maximum 0.5 Second. e Accidental Controls: Fire, Heat and Water Resistant.

Device Software Specifications:

• e It should have support of API so Pravesh Gatepass can be integrated to Push photograph and pull the transaction record.

Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) Requirement

In addition to the device installation, to ensure the safety and confidentiality of all individuals utilizing the bus service in SEEPZ, the System Integrator/Device Provider involved in providing and maintaining the devices is required to submit a NonDisclosure Agreement (NDA) to the ADC Security - SEEPZ SEZ and also to other related stakeholders. This agreement must cover all data handled by the devices and

application related to the bus service. The NDA should ensure confidentiality and proper handling of any sensitive data collected or transmitted by the installed systems.

The installation of the above-mentioned devices must be completed by 10th January 2025. Failure to comply with this directive will result in penalties or the suspension of bus services within SEEPZ.

All the unit holders must ensure to integrate their employees using Bus facilities with these devices lastly by 20th January 2025 and no request for further extension of dates shall be entertained under any circumstances.

Please submit a compliance report to the SEEPZ Security Division once the installations are complete, along with the necessary documentation, including device specifications, installation certificates, and Proof of Non-Disclosure Agreement, (NDA). The timely submission of these documents is crucial for the continuation of bus services within SEEPZ. For any further queries undersigned may be ___ contacted.
