Commissioner

for disposal
of e-*aste
/lead
acid batteries / sludge through
septic tank/gutter

waste containing non-toxic

heavy

metals.

For disposal

of
such

items

it
is sufficient

that

vendors

should have

valid

License

from Central / State Pollution
Control Board

and

any

other

License applicable

from

time

to
time.

All regulatory

compliance

shall

be ensured

by
the
Specified

Officer of
rcspcctive

SEZ

in
terms

of Ministry

of
Commerce

and Industry O.M N0.33015/3/10- GA

as
