PUBLIC NOTICE No. 06/2024

Representations have been received from various stakeholders within the trade community, outlining the challenges faced in the export process, including prolonged timelines within the ICEGATE system. This office acknowledges the pressing need for the industry to efficiently cater to international demand.

To address these concerns and to provide necessary support to the industry, it has been decided that the Customs operations at SEEPZ-SEZ will be conducted continuously, on all public holidays and throughout the week. This initiative aims to ensure timely clearance of goods, thereby facilitating smooth EXIM operations at SEEPZ.

SEEPZ-SEZ remains committed to fostering an environment conducive to trade and to address the challenges faced by Units. We encourage all stakeholders to leverage this initiative for enhanced operational efficiency.
