Subject: Formation of IGST Refund helpdesk-— reg.

Attention of all Importers/ Exporters, Custom Brokers, Members of the Trade and all other concerned is invited regarding IGST refund helpdesk.

2. As per Rule 96 of the CGST Rules, Exporters who have paid IGST on the export consignment, are being paid refund of the IGST once the consignment has been exported and the EGM(s) (local and gateway) is/are filed without error and requisite returns are filed on GSTN portal.

3. However, on account of errors identified by the Customs systems during the course of integration with GST returns and at the level of Public Financial Management Systems (PFMS), many of the IGST refund claims are lying pending. Most of such shipping bills are pending with error code SB000 and SB001 to SB006. For the said errors, solutions to rectify the error has been made available on official website of Mundra Customs i.e. www.mundracustoms.gov.in/. 4. The details of such pending shipping bills with error codes being provided by the, Directorate of Systems and Data Management, New Delhi is shared with the trade on regular basis by uploading on the website i.e. www.mundracustoms.gov.in/. On rectification of errors by the exporters, this Commissionerate could generate successful scrolls and many of the exporters could get their IGST refunds. 5. Taking a further step towards facilitation, it has been decided to form a Helpdesk which can be contacted for any clarification.
