, All goods which shall be brought in from domestic tariff area (DTA) to GJEPC Mega CFC, a unit of SEEPZ-SEZ, for the purpose of authorized services vide LOA No. SEEPZ__ ) SEZ/IA-| Section/GJEPC/1/2023-24, dated 27.10.2023 shall be received by GJEPC Mega CFC on-strength of delivery challans incorporating complete details of goods including appropriate ITC HS code/CPC/ SAC, description, quantity and value. The movement of goods from a Unit in SEEPZ-SEZ to GJEPC (Mega CFC) shall be treated as Inter-Unit Transfer (IUT) in terms of Rule 40 of the Special Economic Zone Rules, 2006. The record of such movement of goods for authorized operations shall be maintained by the unit as per the established rules and regulations applicable for InterUnit Transfer (IUT) of goods by way of generatingrequest IDs on NSDL system. The GJEPC Mega CFC, a unit of SEEPZ-SEZ, shall seek general permission from the Development Commissioner’s Office by providing details of exhibitors participating in the exhibition at least 07 days in advance from the date of exhibition. On the basis of the permission, the exhibitors will send goods for exhibitions through freight forwarders in sealed conditions and the details ofsuch freight forwarders shall also be intimated in advance. : The entry of the goods brought in for authorized services shall be allowed by generating ~ request ID in NSDL system. The Request ID s shall be closed once all goods are returned back to the DTA exhibitors after completion of the exhibitions. In order to fulfill the purpose, the goods shall be examined by the Authorised officer (Appraiser) who shall put his dated signature on Delivery challan on completion of the Inspection/ Examination. The debit and _ credit of the bond amount shall be done on consignment basis. The entry of the consignment brought in for exhibition shall be kept open and shall be closed on exit from the GJEPC Mega CFC after verifying the endorsement of the examining officer on the delivery challan. ) The entire exhibition shall be conducted under the CCTV surveillance and the access of ‘the same shall be provided to DC office and the Specified Officer. There shall not be any sale - during exhibition of goods. On completion ofthe exhibitions, the exhibitors shall be allowed to exit after submitting entry passes and all precious goods shall be sent back to the DTA exhibitors[.] through freight forwarders only after matching details mentioned in delivery challans and photographs against which the goods were brought in GJEPC Mega CFC for exhibition. The validity of the general permission shall accordingly expire on completion of the exhibition.
