Title: E xpression, of Interest of for providingai support services to establish an OHC (Occupational;Cc Health Clinic)ep At Seepz-Sez, Andheri (E), Mumbai, Maharashtra.

The SEEPZ- SEZ Authority invites bids in single packet for getting support services to establish an Occupational Health Clinic at SEEPZ SEZ which will benefit all the employees working in the SEEPZ SEZ. The estimated cost of the bid is Rs 2 Lakh. The health center is aimed at providing basic medical facilities as a full-fledged Occupational Health Clinic along with a center to provide mandatory health checkups as a part of legal compliances for the units working in seepz. So, only certifying surgeons competent to issue certificates for legal compliance can take part in the bid. The fee structure to surgeon will be decided on mutually agreed basis.

The bidders should submit their detailed plan with which they can support in establishing the OHC. The bids will be technically scrutinized by the evaluation committee on the basis of the detailed plan submitted by the participant and the experience of the surgeon in the occupational health field (50% weightage to each parameter). L1 will be decided on the QCBS - Quality & Cost Based Selection (QCBS) methodology. The weightage for the ‘Quality’ is 70 (seventy) and the weightage for the ‘Quoted! price is 30. The proposed plan, experience related documents and financial proposal should be submitted in a single packet on or before 31.03.2024.
