; Recommendation of the Committee on Allotment of Space at SEEPZ SEZ advertised under Circular dated 23.01.2024.

SEEPZ SEZ Authority had identified vacant space for allotment to deserving applicants and advertisement was hosted on the SEEPZ website on 23.01.2024 inviting applications from Entrepreneurs requesting them to apply for space based on the parameters mentioned therein latest by 22.02.2024. Also, wide publicity was given by advertising in 3 newspapers on 30.01.2024.

Total 6 applications were received in response to the advertisement dated 23.01.2024.

The said 6 nos. of applications thus received till 22.02.2024, were opened on the same day in the presence of Committee Members and the applicants present for the same. The said forwarding letter/applications of all the Applicants were duly signed by all the Committee members.

The Committee constituted by the Competent Authority comprising of the following Officers, scrutinized all the applications w.r.t. the parameters mentioned in the Advertisement :-

----- Start of picture text -----<br> Accordingly, on detailed scrutiny by the Committee members, Annexure A, B & D were prepared and attached<br>herewith for reference of the Competent Authority. The criteria thus devised earlier for allotting marks based on the<br>parameters given in the Advertisement viz. export, growth, investment, employment and additional information was adopted<br>in the evaluation. The methodology of marks for evaluation on each point is placed in Annexure “C”.
