Authority

is
the governing

body for
development

and maintenance

of
infrastructure

in SEEPZ,

Special

Economic

Zone. The
Authority

comprises

of 4
ex- officio

permanent

members including

chairperson

and

2 nominated

member

from

Trade. The

tenure

of
the

existing nominated

members

from

Trade likely

to
expire

by
10.05.2024. Therefore,

the

Authority

is
being reco n stitu ted
with

fre sh nomination

of two

members

from the Trade in SEEPZ-SEZ. In case,
the unit holder are willing to be considered

for
nomination, they should

send

their

willingness

on
or before

31.03.2024.

It may kindly be noted

that

the
nominated

member would

be
required

to
attend

the meeting

of the
Authority

on
regular basis;
a notice

of the
meetings will
be send in advance.

on occurrence of the following :- 1. Resignation

from

the
SEEP-SEZ Authority 2. Death of the member 3. Unit

represented

by
the
member defaults is payment

of dues to SEZ Authority concerned. 4. Member absent himself
/ herself in attending the proceedings of Authority of three consecutive meetings 5. if any criminal proceedings in initiated against the
unit represented by
such member either by State or Central Govt. for violation of any law for time being in force. 6. Unit represented by such member is sick

has
not
been exporting

for
more

than

6 consecutive months and 7. Letter of Approval

issued

to the unit represented

by member

is cancelled by Competent Authority for reason of fraud, misrepresentation etc.
