Subject: Regarding giving a Certificate of Appreciation to section and officer/employee (including outsourced staff) on quarterly basis for doing maximum office work in Hindi.

As per the decision taken in the meeting of the Official Language Implementation Committee held on 26.04.2023, on the basis of review of the quarterly Hindi progress reports in the Office of the Development Commissioner, SEEPZ-SEZ, Certificates of Appreciation are to be given to the section and officer/employee (including outsourced staff) Who has done maximum work in Hindi.

Accordingly, a committee has been constituted to evaluate the work done in Hindi by all the section in-charges and officers/employees (including outsourced staff) of the Development Commissioner's office. This committee will nominate the best section of the quarter by reviewing the Hindi quarterly reports received from the sections on a quarterly basis and evaluate the reports received from the officers and staff (including outsourced staff) on a quarterly basis as per the criteria attached.

Therefore, all the sections and officers/employees (including outsourced staff) are requested to submit the report to the Official Language Section after 7 days from the end of the quarter as per the norms attached. %B
