Subject: Regarding inviting articles for the Hindi magazine to be published by SEEPZ.

We are pleased to inform you that the Office of the Development Commissioner, SEEPZ-SEZ, Mumbai intends to publish half yearly Hindi Magazine. Therefore, all the Unit Holders/Developers are requested to send their self-written articles, poems, stories, short stories, comedy, memoirs, jokes, crossword puzzles, drawing, paintings, sketches, cartoons, etc. by email for consideration in the Hindi magazine.

Please note the following points while sending your Entries:-

1. Composition in Hindi in Mangal font in 12 point on one side of A-4 page and in word file. 2. Prose compositions, such as articles, stories, short stories, satires, memoirs, etc. should be in maximum 350-400 words.

2. The poem should be of maximum 15-20 lines.

3. Word puzzles, drawings, paintings, sketches, cartoons, caricatures etc. made on A-4 size paper in dark colours.

4. Participants should attach their digital photo, name and designation, company name along their entries.

The composition should be that it is self-composed. The composition should not contain sarcasm or political satire on the activities of the administration, nor should it be inspired by any political malice.

All of you are requested to send articles/pictures etc. to Mrs. Suman Saraswat, Consultant (Official Language), Official Language Section, SEEPZ-SEZ, Mumbai on email suman.saraswat@gov.in latest by 10" July, 2023. For any queries, please contact on the above email id.
