In continuation of this office Circular No. SEEPZ-SEZ/LAB/100/08-09 dated 15 October, 2015 it is observed that, some of the Export Oriented Units as well as Units in the Special Economic Zone have not been submitting, the following information regarding child labour. Therefore, all the Units holders are requested to submit the following information regularly.

1. Each EOU/SEZ Unit should keep certified record of date of birth of each employee.

2. Each EOU/SEZ Unit shall furnish self declaration confirming that no child labour was employed during last six months. This certificate shall be submitted by each unit twice in a year ie. 1st week of April relating to proceeding six months period (October to March) and in the 1st week of October for the period relating to proceeding six months (April to September). 3) Each EOU/SEZ Unit is required to display board showing "No child Labour is engaged" in prominent place of unit.

This issues with the approval of Competent Authority.
