Subject: Calendar of events for the year 2023.

A copy of the calendar of fire mock drill programs to be conducted during the year 2023 is enclosed. You are hereby directed to conduct fire fighting training and fire mock drills and submit certificates along with monthly/half yearly reports as per the programs for the year 2023.

All buildings Disaster Management Committee meeting Once in every quarter i.e. at the end of March, June, September and December of every year Note:- Fire mock drills will be conducted in the buildings by the Building Emergency Management Committee. These mock drills will be supervised by members of the SEEPZ Disaster Management Section. Written reports of these mock drills will be stored for three years and will be immediately available for fire brigade inspection. Building Emergency Management Committee members are requested to remain in touch with the Fire Brigade for Fire Fighting training in their respective units/buildings.

1. All buildings have to organize monthly meetings with all the units and send the minutes of these meetings to the Development Commissioner and also send their copies to the Disaster Management Cell and the Chairman of the concerned Emergency Management Committee.
2. The Emergency Management Committee has to organize meetings in their respective buildings as per requirement and information about discrepancies found in this regard has to be sent to SEEPZ, Disaster Section for corrective action.
