Sub: Nidhi Aapke Nikat Program-reg

As per the direction of Head Office, Delhi, EPFO has decided to conduct Nidhi Aapke Nikat on 27 of January 2023. The objective of the programme is to increase the footprint and EPFO’s presence in all the districts of the country through an inclusive & cohesive outreach program.In this, Nidhi Aapke Nikat program where EPFO stakeholders come to visit the field offices, the approach now will be reaching out to the stakeholders, thereby increasing accessibility of EPFO services and visibility of the organization, in all the districts of the country, with regular periodicity. Further, it is mentioned that a broad-based participatory awareness and outreach program for the employers and the employees simultaneously acting as a grievance redressal platform for members and information exchange network. All member (Employer, employee, and pensioner) are requested to attend the programme on 27th January, 2023 from 11:00 am to 02:00 pm at conference hall, 2nd floor, BFC building.

The following activities will be conduct during the programme:

1. Orientation for newly covered establishment.

2. Awareness on new initiatives taken by organization. Responsibility of Employer and Employee and other benefits.

3. Showing documentation video/s Films.

4. Nudging to follow social media handles of EPFO.

• 5S. Meeting with employees and pensioners.

6. Redressing the grievances of the member.(Employer, employee, and pensioner) 7. Feedback video byte up to 1 minute of the employer employee pensioner to be captured.

This issues with the approval of Competent Authority.
