FYs 2020-21 to 2023-24.

      यह भी िनदXश िदया जाता है िक इकाई िव6 वष
 2021-
22 के &लए एपीआर म िपछले वष
 के अंत म +ुिट यानी
गलत एनएफई मूZय को सुधार सकती है और इसे जZद से
जZद काया
लय को वापस कर सकती है।
 
Decision: - After deliberation, the Committee
noted the performance of the M /s. Anthelio
Business Technologies Private Limited
located at Gigaplex-SEZ in terms of Rule 54 of
SEZ Rules, 2006. The unit has achieved
positive NFE of Rs. 85.15 /- Crores on
cumulative basis for the FYs 2020-21 to 2023-
24.
         It is also directed that the unit may rectify
the error i.e. incorrect NFE value at the end of
the previous year in the APR for FY 2021-22
and revert it to the office at the earliest.
