Decision:- After deliberation, the Committee
noted the performance of the M/s. State
Street Syntel Services Pvt. Ltd. (LOA-47) at
Mindspace-SEZ in terms of Rule 54 of SEZ
Rules, 2006. The unit has achieved positive
NFE of Rs. 26,375.53/- Lakhs on cumulative
basis for the FY 2019-20 (5th Year of the
Previous Block) and 34,377.02/- Lakhs on
cumulative basis during the FYs 2020-21 to
2024-25(part).
It was directed that the Unit shall file all
pending DSPFs for the block period 2019-20
to 2024-25 (part) and also directed Specified
Officer to certify the SOFTEXs filed by the
unit.
