and Subject: Advice for the Importer/Exporter registered with GSTN for non-registered Importer/Exporter - Reg. the Attention of all Importers / Exporters, Customs Brokers, Members of Trade and others is invited towards the roll out of GST in India with effect from 01.07.2017. In this regard, several changes are anticipated in BE/SB declarations in alignment with proposed GST implementation. 2. Vide Trade Notice No. 09/2018 dated 12.06.2017 issued by the DGFT, it has been clarified that the importer importer/exporter / exporter registered with GSTN, and would need to declare only GSTIN at the time of import GST export of goods and the importer/exporter who are not registered under would use their PAN for imports/Exports. Necessary changes have been made in the Bills of Entry/Shipping Bills forms to capture details like GSTIN, PAN and State Code etc.

3. Difficulties, if any may be brought to the notice of System Manager/ADC (EDI), Customs House, Mundra.
