Wherein it was mentioned that M/s. Capgemini Technology Services Ltd had not made any
export or import for the period FY 2017-18 to 2019-20. However reply in this regard has been
sent to CRA vide letter dt. 16.06.2022 with Export/Import data of the unit and informed that
LoA was renewed after proper APR monitoring and unit has achieved positive NFE during the
said block period and requested CRA to drop the audit para and letter dated 11.11.2024 was
issued to SO (Audit) to update the current status i.r.o the said para.
