Decision: After deliberation, the Committee noted the monitoring performance of the unit for the period 2016-17 to 2024-25 as the unit had achieved positive NFE on Cumulative basis.

सिम3त को सू3चत िकया गया िक मेसस= >ूजेस @ेAसजन मैDयुफैGचHरग @ाइवेट Mलिमटेड को लघु कैMलबर गोला-बाRद के िनमा=ण और िनया=त के Mलए एलओपी Zमांक सीHज़- एसईजेड/ईओयू/एचपीएमपीएल/1742/2020- 21/21702 'दनांक: 08.11.2019. जारी िकया गया था। उ_पादन @ारंभ करने कa 3तbथ 01.03.2021 है। दैिनक आयात/िनया=त ग3तिव3धयf मg hयवधान से बचने हेतु अंतjरम राहत के तौर पर दी गई 1-महीने कa छूट के अनुसार, इस यूिनट का एलओपी 31.03.2026 तक वैध है। The Committee was informed that, M/s. The date of commencement of production is 01.03.2021. उपयु- एनएफ़ई गणना को देखते हुए, सिमित ने इकाई को एक वचनपE (undertaking) जमा करने का िनदvश 'दया 'क वे पहले 10 वषt के भीतर ड0ट0ए म बाहर नह0ं िनकलगे। सिमित ने यह भी िनदvश 'दया 'क एचबीपी 2023 के पैरा 6.10 (ड0) के अनुसार, पूंजीगत वBतुओं के 10% पrरशोधन (amortization) को शािमल करते हुए एनएफ़ई क पुनग-णना क जाए। तदनुसार, पूंजीगत वBतुओं के पrरशोिधत मूUय के अनुसार एनएफई क पुनग-णना क गई और यह पाया गया 'क इकाई ने संचयी आधार पर iलॉक अविध 2021-22 से 2024-25 के िलए सकाराmमक एनएफई aाp 'कया है जो इस aकार है: In view of the above NFE calculation, the committee directed the unit to submit and undertaking that they will not exit to DTA in the first 10 years.

In accordance, the recalculation of NFE as per Amortized value of capital goods is done and it is observed that the unit has achieved positive NFE for the block period 2021-22 to 2024-25 on cumulative basis as follows:

  4. Delay in submission of APR for the period 2021-22, 2022-23 & 2024-25.
  5. Pending Foreign Exchange Realization more than 180/360 days.
  6. The actual export and Net Foreign Exchange earnings are very small as compared to the approved projections.
