Ltd.). सिम"त को सू"चत िकया गया िक, मेसस माक संस फाम लिमटेड (पहले टेवाफाम इं"डया Aाइवेट लिमटेड के नाम से जाना जाता था) को " एलो यूIरनॉल टैबलेट, कJ डेसाटन आईआर टैबलेट, कJ डेसाटन एचसीटी टैबलेट, आिद” के िनमाण और िनयात के लए संशो"धत एलओपी नंबर PER/17(2008)/IA-II/21/2008-09/5969 िदनांक 12.08.2008 जारी िकया गया था l उLपादन Aारंभ होने क "तMथ िदनांक 10.02.2010 से Aभावी है l

The Committee was informed that, Marksans Pharm Ltd (Earlier Known as Tevapharm India Pvt. Ltd), was issued LOP No. PER/17(2008)/IA- II/21/2008-09/5969 dated 12.08.2008 for manufacture & export of “Allopurinol Tablets, Candesartan IR Tablets, Candesartan HCT Tablets, etc”. The date of commencement of production is 10.02.2010. इकाई ने चाटड अकाउंटट Nारा िव"धवत AमाMणत सभी एपीआर A;तुत िकए थे l इकाई के Aदशन क गणना एफटीपी/एचबीपी के Aावधान के अनुसार क गई थी l इकाई ने Oलॉक अव"ध 2014- 15 (पहली Oलॉक अव"ध), 2015-16 से 2019-20 (दूसरी Oलॉक अव"ध) और 2020-21 से 2023-24 (तीसरी Oलॉक अव"ध) के लए संचयी आधार पर सकाराLमक एनएफई हा.सल िकया है: -

The Unit had submitted all the APRs duly certified by Chartered Accountant. The performance of the unit was calculated in terms of provisions of FTP/HBP. The unit has achieved positive NFE on cumulative basis for the Block Period 2014-15 (of 1st Block Period), 2015-16 to 2019-20 (2nd Block period) and 2020-21 to 2023-24 (3rd Block Period) as follows:-
