At the outset, the Chairperson welcomed the members on joining mecting through Vidco Conference.

Agenda Item No.01:-Confirmation of minutes of the meeting held on 30.06.2023.

The Committee confirmed the minutes of meeting held on 30.06.2023 with consensus.

Agenda Item No. 02:- Monitoring of performance of M/s. Savannah Surfactants Ltd.,

1] The Committee was informed that, M/s. Savannah Surfactants Ltd., was issued LOP No PER:32(2008):SEEPZ/LA-I1/03/2009-10/3849 dated 17.04.2009 and amended for Manufacture & Export of “Foods Ingredients/ Foods Emulsifiers”. The date of commencement of production is w.c.f. 03.05.2011.

2] The Unit had submitted all the APRs duly certified by Chartered Accountant. The performance of the unit was calculated in terms of provision of FTP/HBP. The unit has achieved positive NFE on cumulative basis for the 1" block period (2011-12 to 2015-16) as follows:-

Decision:-Afier deliberation, the Committee noted the performance of the unit for the 1" block period i.e. 2011-12 to 2015-16 and further noted that the unit has applied for Exit.

1] The Committee was informed that, M/s. Magnesia Chemical LLP., was issued LOP No SEEPZ-SEZ/EOUs/29/MCL/20-21/15048 dated 06.09.2021 as amended for Manufacture& Export of “Potassium Permanganate”. The date of commencement of production is w.e.f. 03.05.2022.

2] The Unit had submitted all the APRs duly certified by Chartered Accountant. The performance of the unit was calculated in terms of provision of FTP/HBP. The unit has achieved positive NFE on cumulative basis for the 1“ block period (2022-23 and 01/04/2023 to 19/07/2023) as follows:-
