Subject: Procedure of Ixxport Loaded Container from EXIM Yard to . Container Terminal-reg. Kind attention of the Exporters / Customs Brokers and the trade is invited with regard to the procedure of Export Loaded Container from EXIM Yard to Container Terminal. Representation has been received from M/s Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd. that Exported Loaded Container are required to be taken out from South Port gate for container number verification & seal verification by Floating Staff (P.O.) posted at Main/South Port Gate and thereafter it is to be taken up to Container Terminals. Issue has been examined and since Exim Yard is situated within port area and inside the port facility, it has been decided that Export Loaded Container and Empty Container that are being loaded/ unloaded from the EXIM Yard to Container Terminal i.e MICT, CT-2, CT-3 and CT-4 shall not be taken out to the Gate Officer posted at Main/South Port Gate for seal and container number verification, instead those will be verified at EXIM Yard only, by the D.P. Staff posted there after examination.
