position to retrieve precious metal substance present in the septic tank waste though modern processing methods and the bio gas generated by the wet garbage can be used by the refining centre.

| (1) As regards the suggestion for refining centre, the Authority held the view that the address of reputed refining agencies may be provided by Shri x Kothari, so that the Authority can take up with them the proposal further. ' (2) Annual Tender may be re-advertised in the leading Daily Local , Newspapers after working on the options of separation of dry garbage/gutter waste. As regards the short period tender for clearance of dry garbage, it was , decided that SEEPZ may follow the short tender procedures as is being done by MIDC, till finalization of the Annual Garbage Contract.
