Subject: Infrastructure Development and Security within Noida SEZ

Dear Sir/ Madam, As you are aware, our office has embarked upon improving the infrastructure of Noida SEZ. This is in order to make it state of the art with amenities at par with the best in the country, In the first phase, we would be reconstructing the gates, resurfacing the main roads, relaying footpaths, beautifying the roundabouts, install an automated access control system and create a welcome arch. In the second phase, we would be working upon the drainage system, repair the existing SDFs, re-lay some other roads, create a multipurpose conference room that could also be used by units etc. These are for the benefit of the units who have been working hard to ensure a commendable growth in exports, investment and employment. While we are doing our best to ensure minimal disturbances, we would request for the cooperation of all units to ensure that this work gets done expeditiously. On the security front, we would request you to adequately sensitise or train your 2. personnel. Since we are all part ofa community inside the zone, it is imperative that we extend full cooperation to the units in the vicinity, especially in case of emergency situations. Moreover, such cooperation with our security personnel as well as the quick response teams (QRTs) would also enable to obviate any untoward incident inside the zone. 3. Our office would be ready to extend full support in this regard.
