Dear All,

      Congratulations on introduction of GST. 

    I have sent an email yesterday wherein I had informed to you about  

Frequently Ask Questions, Guidance Note for Importer & Exporter under GST, Trade Notice by DGFT on IEC and email by NSDL on procedure to be followed for export/import/domestic procurement/DTA clearance etc.

      Now I have seen that out of 640 operating SEZ units under the jurisdiction 

of Zonal Development Commissioner, NSEZ, only 440 units have been able to obtain GSTIN and uploaded the status on SEZ online. Hence, about 200 units have still not been able to update the status on SEZ online. I am sure that these 200 units must be making their efforts but might not have been able to get because of some technical reasons. Please get it done immediately. In the meantime in order to ensure that the activities of these units are not affected, we have made transitional arrangements on the SEZ Online system to ensure that their operations continue. Ms. Tresa Joseph, Asstt. Manager, of NSDL has sent an email to SEZ units today explaining this transitional arrangements. A copy of this email is also available on our website i.e. www.nsez.gov.in.

      I am sure that with mutual cooperation, we will be able to overcome, if there
