Dear All, As you are aware that GST is going to be implemented from Ist July, 2017.
we all welcome this biggest fiscal reform carried out by the Govt. of India.

2.   In this respect certain instructions/clarifications have been issued which I 
   

would like to bring to your notice. These are as follows : i) CBEC has issued Guidance Note for Importers & Exporters. ii) 100 Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) along with their answers have been
issued. iii) DGFT has issued Trade Notice no.9 dt. 12.6.17 regarding "Changes in IEC
with the introduction of GST". iv) NSDL has issued an email dt. 30th of June, 2017, regarding changes in the
Shipping Bill, Bill of export, DTA procurement, Bill of Entry to be carried out by the SEZ online.

3.   Please see these documents carefully.  All these documents have been placed 
   

on our website i.e. www.nsez.gov.in.
