Attention of all the Exporter, Custom Broker, Shipping Lines, Terminal Operators and other stakeholders is invited to CBIC Circular 09/2026 dated 08.03.2026 issued by the Board in exercise to power conferred under section 143AA of the Customs Act, 1962 and Public Notice No. 17/2026 dated 13.03.2026 (copy enclosed) issued vide F.No.: CUS/DOCK/42/2022-Docks- Admin issued by the Commissioner, Chennai IV (Export) Commissionerate on the above mentioned subject matter. 2. In this regard, it is to inform that the Public Notice No. 17/2026 dated 13.03.2026 issued vide F.No.: CUS/DOCK/42/2022-Docks-Admin issued by the Commissioner, Chennai IV (Export) Commissionerate is applicable to CCP Jamnagar with immediate effect. 3.
