Brokers Licensing Regulations, 2018 by the National Academy of Customs, Indirect Taxes and Narcotics (NACIN), Palasamudram- reg The written examination of Customs Brokers Licensing Examination, for the Year 2026, shall be conducted by NACIN in the first quarter of 2026 at the designated examination centres across India. 2. Applicants should carefully choose the Policy Section while filling out the application form in CBLMS. Policy Section means the Customs Commissionerate having jurisdiction over the area where the applicant intends to carry business. The list ._of Policy Section is available on the CBLMS Portal under the tab "Contact Us". It is essential to ensure that the application form is filled out and submitted with complete and accurate information, as it _ can be submitted only once.
